All prices on our site are in US dollars. 

Freight charges will be calculated in your cart before you complete your purchase.

Items are typically in stock and delivered according to the shipping method selected at checkout. If your item is backordered, you will be notified immediately via your preferred method of contact and given an option to either wait for your item or receive a refund.

International Shipping

For this context, all orders destined for locations outside of the EU and the United States are classified as international orders.

In such cases the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

While we make every effort to provide accurate projections of import tax, customs duties, and fees, the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to additional import tax, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.  

All shipments are commercial shipments. This means that shipments crossing international borders can be subject to duties and various taxes depending on the import regulations of the destination country.

You may choose to pre-paid (DDP - delivered duty paid) or post-paid (DDU - delivery duty unpaid) duties at checkout. Please note, that DDP is not possible for European countries outside the EU.

Customs inspection in the recipient country may cause shipping delays which are out of our control. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
